On March 28, 2013, Ms. Melissa Brown joined our M1 family. Melissa was introduced to us by Lucus McDonald, her fiance'.
Melissa describes herself as an "Army brat" and spent her growing up years moving from one duty station to the next. She claims Alaska as her home state as she spent 9 of her adult years there going to school and working. Melissa currently works for Wells Fargo as a Mortgage Consultant. She enjoys a great adventure and likes to spend as much time outdoors as possible.
Melissa graduated with a BA in teaching foreign language/spanish and a minor in business at the University of Alaska-Fairbanks. She also obtained her MBA at the same university.
When asked why she decided to join our M1 family, she said, "Real Estate is a great investment-especially with traditional investments being so volatile at this time".
