MONOPOLY I, LLC's purpose is to bring like minded individuals together to form an investment family, leveraging each other's talents and resources to build a real estate investment company focused on providing safe, affordable housing to our tenants and a conservative investment with consistent capital appreciation and a life-long income stream to our investors while operating with deeply rooted faith based values.

MONOPOLY Welcomes Share member # 44

On September 28, 2007, 2LT Joshua Kim joined our MONOPOLY family.

Joshua graduated from Wheaton College and is also an alumni of the Rolling Thunder Battalion. As a 2LT, Joshua will be serving as a Chaplain with the IL National Guard.

Josiah Schelessman was instrumental in sharing MONOPOLY's business plan with Joshua which inspired Joshua to come aboard. Thanks Josiah!
