MONOPOLY I, LLC's purpose is to bring like minded individuals together to form an investment family, leveraging each other's talents and resources to build a real estate investment company focused on providing safe, affordable housing to our tenants and a conservative investment with consistent capital appreciation and a life-long income stream to our investors while operating with deeply rooted faith based values.

FIRST ANNUAL SHARE MEMBER MEETING

On April 28Th starting at 2:00 pm at our President/CEO's residence (2533 Pinehurst Drive, Aurora, IL 60506) we will be holding our FIRST ANNUAL SHARE MEMBER MEETING.

The meeting is more like a "MONOPOLY FAMILY REUNION". The sole purpose of the meeting is to share an afternoon getting to know eachother better, break bread together, and continue to build camaraderie as we pursue a common goal of financial independence.

Bill will be on the grill cooking burgers, hot dogs and chicken breasts. There will be plenty of salads, deserts, munchies and beverages. All you need to bring is your family and a chair. Yes, a chair as Bill doesn't have enough lawn chairs and he said we don't have the money in the budget to rent them! :)

You will be receiving an official invitation soon via email, please don't forget to RSVP so we can get an accurate account on attendees. I do hope to see everyone there!
