MONOPOLY I, LLC's purpose is to bring like minded individuals together to form an investment family, leveraging each other's talents and resources to build a real estate investment company focused on providing safe, affordable housing to our tenants and a conservative investment with consistent capital appreciation and a life-long income stream to our investors while operating with deeply rooted faith based values.

MONOPOLY Welcomes Share Member # 37

On June 15, 2007, Mr. Edward Minor will be joining our MONOPOLY family. Edward is a CPT in the US Army assigned to HHC, 160th Signal BDE in Kuwait.

Edward was referred to us my Tim Frazier, our 25th Share Member who joined our family last January. Tim was a cadet at Wheaton College where I teach ROTC. Tim is now a 2LT currently stationed in Kuwait.

Please join me in welcoming Edward to our unique family. Edward is our 37th Share Member.

Congrats Edward and welcome aboard!
