MONOPOLY's PURPOSE STATEMENT


MONOPOLY I, LLC's purpose is to bring like minded individuals together to form an investment family, leveraging each other's talents and resources to build a real estate investment company focused on providing safe, affordable housing to our tenants and a conservative investment with consistent capital appreciation and a life-long income stream to our investors while operating with deeply rooted faith based values.

On June 29, 2007, Bruce and Johanna Binger joined our MONOPOLY family.

Bruce recently graduated from Wheaton College with a degree in Communication. He had previously received a Masters of Social Work from Aurora University. Upon graduating from Wheaton College, Bruce was also commissioned in the US Army as an Aviation Officer and will serve in the Army Reserves. Bruce's civilian occupations are counselor and real estate grounds supervisor.

Johanna graduated from Judson College with a degree in Secondary Education specializing in history. Currently Johanna is employed by Christian Life Middle School where she is the Athletic Director, Women's Varsity Assistant Basketball Coach, Women's Junior Varsity Head Coach and Women's H.S. Assistant Track Coach. Wow, Johanna you must be busy!

When asked why they chose to join our MONOPOLY family, Bruce responded:

"Johanna and I have other investments. However, after reviewing our investment returns we were surprised at the low percentage of return. Inspired by what I heard and read about Monopoly I, L.L.C., we concluded that for a relatively small investment, the percentage of return is greater with less risk. Additionally, we like the investment philosophy of joining a "family"-many people coming together to accomplish what one person cannot."
