MONOPOLY I, LLC's purpose is to bring like minded individuals together to form an investment family, leveraging each other's talents and resources to build a real estate investment company focused on providing safe, affordable housing to our tenants and a conservative investment with consistent capital appreciation and a life-long income stream to our investors while operating with deeply rooted faith based values.

MONOPOLY Welcomes New Share member

On September 1, 2008 Paul and Vanessa Bafia will be joining our MONOPOLY family!

Paul is a high school buddy of mine and we have remained close throughout the years. Paul and Vanessa have two children Emma (age 7) and Colin (age 2).

Paul is from Big Rock, IL and graduated from Waubonsee Community College with an AS and received a BS from Illinois State University. He is currently employed as the Executive Director of the Genoa Park District, Genoa, IL.

Vanessa is from Sycamore, IL and received a BS from Northern Illinois University. She is currently employed as an Account Executive of Public Relations with Gibbs & Soell in Chicago.

Paul and Vanessa currently reside in Sycamore, IL.

Asked why they decided to join our MONOPOLY Family, Paul responded with, "To be able to play golf after I retire and so that Bill and Goose (Jon Gossett) would stop bugging me about joining the family. (I'm glad we kept buggy you buddy!!!!)

Welcome aboard Paul and Vanessa it is great to have your family join ours!
