MONOPOLY I, LLC's purpose is to bring like minded individuals together to form an investment family, leveraging each other's talents and resources to build a real estate investment company focused on providing safe, affordable housing to our tenants and a conservative investment with consistent capital appreciation and a life-long income stream to our investors while operating with deeply rooted faith based values.

MONOPOLY Welcomes New Share member

On August 23, 2008, Matt and Katie Stewart joined our MONOPOLY Family.

I met Matt and Katie at Wheaton College, where they both graduated in 2007. Matt graduated with a degree in Business/Economics and Katie earned a degree in Communication.

Matt is originally from Clarksville and Katie is from Libertyville. Upon graduation, Matt was commissioned a 2LT in the Army, branch Aviation. They currently reside in Alabama where Matt is attending Aviation School (Ft. Rucker).
