MONOPOLY I, LLC's purpose is to bring like minded individuals together to form an investment family, leveraging each other's talents and resources to build a real estate investment company focused on providing safe, affordable housing to our tenants and a conservative investment with consistent capital appreciation and a life-long income stream to our investors while operating with deeply rooted faith based values.

MONOPOLY Welcomes New Share member

On March 28, 2009, Justin Stewart joined our MONOPOLY Family.

Justin is from the beautiful town of Bend, Oregon. A true paradise for outdoor recreation! Justin graduated and was commissioned as a 2LT in the U.S. Army from Oregon State University in 2007 with a degree in Business Administration.

Justin was introduced to me by Josh Bell and Josiah Schlessman, who are all attending flight school at Fort Rucker, Alabama. Upon graduation, Justin will fly the Apache helicopter for the U.S. Army.

When asked, Why have you decided to join our MONOPOLY Family?

Justin responded, "This is a simple vehicle to invest in real estate, and I am more confident of its stability than that of our stock market."
