MONOPOLY I, LLC's purpose is to bring like minded individuals together to form an investment family, leveraging each other's talents and resources to build a real estate investment company focused on providing safe, affordable housing to our tenants and a conservative investment with consistent capital appreciation and a life-long income stream to our investors while operating with deeply rooted faith based values.

MONOPOLY Welcomes New Share Member

On January 27, 2011 Tim and Mary Speace have joined our MONOPOLY family.

Tim and Mary are both Army Officers, Tim is an Aviation Officer and Mary an Army Nurse. They both graduated from Wheaton College in 2006 and received their commission through the ROTC program. Tim studied International Relations and Mary studied Pre-Nursing at Wheaton and then went on to Rush University achieving a BS in Nursing.

Tim is from Philadelphia, PA and enjoys running, hiking and reading. Currently, he is stationed at Ft. Rucker, AL attending the Captain's Career Course.

Mary is from Milwaukee, WI and enjoys running, hiking and reading. (No wonder they get along so well!). Currently, she is stationed at Ft. Campbell, KY working at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital.

They have two black labradors and are both looking forward to their upcoming PCS to Hawaii (most likely in May/June).

Asked why they joined M1, they said, "We want to diversify our investments, we trust the management, and we know a lot of the people investing in the company. We are looking for additional ways to save for retirement and this seemed like a great way to do it."
