MONOPOLY I, LLC's purpose is to bring like minded individuals together to form an investment family, leveraging each other's talents and resources to build a real estate investment company focused on providing safe, affordable housing to our tenants and a conservative investment with consistent capital appreciation and a life-long income stream to our investors while operating with deeply rooted faith based values.

MONOPOLY Welcomes New Share Members

During the first half of 2012, MONOPOLY has welcomed three new members to our family.

Luke McDonald joined us in March. Luke is a friend of M1 family member Justin Stewart. Luke serves in the Army and is currently living in Manhatten, KS.

David Iavarone joined us in June. David is a Rolling Thunder Bn/Wheaton College Alumni and we met while he was a cadet. David also serves in the Army and is currently living in El Paso, TX

Aderemi & Mary Olodun joined us in June. Mary is a MAJ in the Army and serves as a Public Affairs Officer. Mary and her husband Aderemi are currently PCSing to Pennsylvania.

Welcome Luke, David, Aderemi and Mary to our M1 family it is great to have you!
