MONOPOLY I, LLC's purpose is to bring like minded individuals together to form an investment family, leveraging each other's talents and resources to build a real estate investment company focused on providing safe, affordable housing to our tenants and a conservative investment with consistent capital appreciation and a life-long income stream to our investors while operating with deeply rooted faith based values.

MONOPOLY Welcomes New Share Member

On August 17, 2011, M1 welcomes 2LT Matthew Ely to our family.

Matt is from West Lafayette, IN (home of Purdue University). He attended college at Wheaton College, IL, where I met him and was his MSI instructor. He graduated with a Political Science degree in 2011. Also while at Wheaton he participated in many activities to include: Army ROTC, anime club, and student government.

He is currently stationed at Ft. Lewis, WA assigned to the 593rd Sustainment Brigade.

When asked why he has decided to join our Monopoly family:
He stated, "I wanted to diversify my long-term investment portfolio, and MAJ Holstine is a trusted friend who I can count on to work in the best interest of my financial security."
