MONOPOLY I, LLC's purpose is to bring like minded individuals together to form an investment family, leveraging each other's talents and resources to build a real estate investment company focused on providing safe, affordable housing to our tenants and a conservative investment with consistent capital appreciation and a life-long income stream to our investors while operating with deeply rooted faith based values.

MONOPOLY Welcomes Share Member # 38

On June 15, 2007, Josiah D. Schlessman joined our MONOPOLY family.

Josiah is a 2LT in the US Army. Currently assigned to Wheaton College as the gold bar recruiter. In October he will be travel to Ft. Sill, OK to complete BOLC II and then off to Ft. Rucker, AL for flight school.

Josiah joined MONOPOLY to diversify his investment portfolio which he has just begun to build.

I met Josiah while he was a cadet at Wheaton College and a member of the Rolling Thunder BN.

Welcome Josiah to our MONOPOLY family it is great to have you.
