MONOPOLY I, LLC's purpose is to bring like minded individuals together to form an investment family, leveraging each other's talents and resources to build a real estate investment company focused on providing safe, affordable housing to our tenants and a conservative investment with consistent capital appreciation and a life-long income stream to our investors while operating with deeply rooted faith based values.

MONOPOLY Welcomes Share member # 39

On June 22, Jedidiah S. Wentz joined our MONOPOLY family as the 39th Share member.

Jed recently graduated from Wheaton College where he earned a BA in History. Upon graduation he was commissioned a 2LT in the US Army. Branched as an Armor Officer, Jed will first travel to Ft. Sill, OK to complete BOLC II and then off to Ft. Knox, KY where he will attend Armor Officer Basic Course (AOBC). After completing AOBC, Jed will be stationed at Ft. Campbell, KY assigned to the 101st Airborne Division.

Jed attributes his decision to join MONOPOLY to Josh Bell a fellow classmate at Wheaton College and our # 17 Share member in MONOPOLY. Thanks Josh for helping to bring Jed to our family.
