MONOPOLY I, LLC's purpose is to bring like minded individuals together to form an investment family, leveraging each other's talents and resources to build a real estate investment company focused on providing safe, affordable housing to our tenants and a conservative investment with consistent capital appreciation and a life-long income stream to our investors while operating with deeply rooted faith based values.

MONOPOLY Welcomes Share member #51

On April 27, 2008, Nick and Cathy Bianco joined our MONOPOLY family.

Nick and Cathy have a daugher, Nina, age 6 and a son, Jake, age 4.

Nick (orginally from Addison) and Cathy (orginally from Lombard) reside in Sugar Grove, IL.

Nick is employed by Provena Health as a Therapy Supervisor and enjoys golf, exercise, nutrition, yard work, softball, Bears Football, cooking, chess. "DA BEARS" Nick is also a graduate of KU (Bachelors of Science in Occupational Therapy)....go Jayhawks!

Cathy is employed by Dr. Garvin, DDS as a Dental Hygienist. Cathy enjoys reading, dinner with friends, time with Nina and Jake, time away from Nina and Jake. Cathy is a graduate of Loyola (Dental Hygiene) and NIU (BS).

When asked, Why have you decided to join our Monopoly family?

They responded, "Looking to invest in real estate for years but with young children we never made the time. Monopoly is investing in real estate without all the time/energy requirements. Mostly, investing with other Christian brothers/sisters seemed like a great opportunity and relationship building venture."
