MONOPOLY I, LLC's purpose is to bring like minded individuals together to form an investment family, leveraging each other's talents and resources to build a real estate investment company focused on providing safe, affordable housing to our tenants and a conservative investment with consistent capital appreciation and a life-long income stream to our investors while operating with deeply rooted faith based values.

On June 2, 2008, Rob and Kimberly Metzger joined our MONOPOLY Family!

Rob is a SFC(P) in the U.S.Army currently serving as a Senior Military Instructor at Wheaton College, Wheaton, IL.

Rob and Kimberly reside in Clay Center, KS.

It is wonderful to see our family continue to grow with our Military friends...Welcome aboard!
