MONOPOLY I, LLC's purpose is to bring like minded individuals together to form an investment family, leveraging each other's talents and resources to build a real estate investment company focused on providing safe, affordable housing to our tenants and a conservative investment with consistent capital appreciation and a life-long income stream to our investors while operating with deeply rooted faith based values.

MONOPOLY Welcomes New Share member

On April 15, 2010 2LT Leo Pawelczyk joined our MONOPOLY family.

Leo's hometown is Highlandtown, MD.

Leo graduated from Flagler College in 2007 with a degree in Business Administration (Accounting, Economics).

Leo is also serving in the US Army.

Leo was introduced to M1 from one of my buddies and fellow ROTC cadet back at NIU, MAJ Young Kim.

Welcome Leo to our family, its great to have you!
