MONOPOLY I, LLC's purpose is to bring like minded individuals together to form an investment family, leveraging each other's talents and resources to build a real estate investment company focused on providing safe, affordable housing to our tenants and a conservative investment with consistent capital appreciation and a life-long income stream to our investors while operating with deeply rooted faith based values.

MONOPOLY Welcomes New Share Member

On December 1, 2010, LT Joe Danza has joined our MONOPOLY family.

Joe graduated from SUNY Canton College of Technology in 2009 and is currently attending Liberty University pursuing a Masters in Divinity.

Joe is also a LT in the US Army Transportation Corp at Ft. Lee, VA

Joe was introduced to M1 from LT Mike Orr.

Welcome Joe to our family, its great to have you!
